觀念轉個彎, 生命無限寬廣 by May and Jian

My friend gave me a book and bade me to read it carefully. In fact, this is the fourth book that I received during the week. Haha, it is very interesting. While putting aside the English textbooks and papers, suddenly I have many Chinese textbooks on health to read. I guess my mom was right: I will be buried in books all my life. Well, that is fine with me to read different kinds of books. Here are the notes I took about the book:

1. If you can be a vegetarian, be one. Keep away from eating meat.
2. Get rid of the salty and fatty food as well as food in high sugar, but go for more fibers. That is, eat fruit and vegetables.
3. Milk is noxious (Really? I didn’t know that. I doubt actually.)
4. Exercise at least 15 to 30 even to 45 minutes per day. (Haha, I seldom do it.)
5. Think positively. (No problem at all.)
6. Eat organic food.
7. Vitamin C.
8. Take steam shower.
9. Contact music and flowers or art to relax yourself.
