Chris' Wonderland

I got a card from the authority. Usually I'd throw it into the can even without skimming the content. Then, I'd talk to myself why not save the money and do something meaningful. This year at this moment, however, I was exhausted to focus on real stuff, so I read the card for pleasure. Accidentally, I found I was impressed by two lines below that I'd like to share with you all here. 講台上、書桌旁，不變的是 我 的身影； 吵雜中、喧嚷時，不變的是 我 的熱情。

People usually have very high expectations of others such as parents to their children and teachers to their students. However, when their children or students cannot meet the requirement, they feel depressed and unhappy. They feel how come they work so hard but cannot make young generations strike a chord with them. Haha! It seems we all know the theory, but we still insist on it. Why is this? Is it that people naturally feel like they are always right? Is it that they think they are more important than everyone else in the world? While we sense the situation, what can we do? Switch our mood and switch our focus!

I miss the days we got together! You are the angels in my mind!

Once you accept, for better or worse, that you are who you are, the way you are, you will never again waste a minute of your time comparing yourself to another. And with all that free time on your hands you will be able to create the life you want, your way.

Time flies. It is a new semester again! Recalling what I have done in the past year, I start feeling confused whether I want that kind of life again.
